Shipping policy

All orders are handcrafted and packed with care in Alaska. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. During holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods:

We ship via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail), depending on order size and weight. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Delays & Lost Packages:

Once a package is in USPS possession, delivery times are out of our control. Please reach out to USPS directly with your tracking number for updates.

If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with your local post office and neighbors before contacting us.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll help make it right.
