Because our items are skincare and personal-use products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. This policy helps protect the safety of our customers and maintain product integrity.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product itself, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pieceofmyndak@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
